Sing! Live on Tour
Universal Studios Japan sought to create “Sing on Tour,” an immersive theater attraction where guests attend the Japanese premiere of Buster Moon’s latest production. The goal was to allow guests to sing and dance alongside their favorite characters—Meena, Rosita, Gunter, Johnny, and Ash—blurring the line between animated film and live performance.

QCO Entertainment Consulting, LLC, was retained to provide comprehensive technical oversight and direction. Our mandate was to ensure the seamless translation of digital characters into physical reality through advanced engineering and theatrical integration.
We managed the end-to-end technical delivery of the show’s most complex systems. By coordinating a global team of industry-leading vendors, we oversaw the design, fabrication, and installation of Animatronic Figures, Animated Costumes and Makeup Effects, Show Action Equipment, Lighting, and AV Systems.
