QCO Entertainment was commissioned by Universal Studios Japan to oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of converting the attraction projection system from stereoscopic 3D to high-frame-rate 120fps 2D. This meant not only updating the projection equipment, but the media, and show lighting as well. Collaborating with Sassoon Film Design, Electrosonic, Itec, and Point of Light to deliver a more detailed immersive experience without the need for 3D glasses.
